ETFs Top $50 Billion


    Canada’s 257 exchange traded funds topped $50 billion in assets under management for the first time in July, says data from BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. It says that ETFs had $329 million in net inflows for July to reach $50.1 billion. Fixed income funds gathered the most assets with $518 million of net new assets during the month. International equity funds attracted $117 million and inverse ETFs $75 million.
